WHAT VERSION OF PHOTOSHOP DO I NEED FOR THE ACTIONS?

Born actions will work with Adobe Photoshop CREATIVE CLOUD. Non CC versions are not compatible.

HOW CAN I ACCESS MY ACTIONS?

CAN THESE ACTIONS FIX BAD LIGHTING?

While the actions do an excellent job improving tones and bringing out dimension, starting with a well-lit image is imperative. The Just Born Newborn Photography Guide goes over this in great detail and walks you step by step through the session and lighting process.

HOW DO I USE THE ACTIONS AFTER I INSTALL THEM?

Each action comes with the ability to customize important image elements, such as highlights, shadows, sharpening, vignettes, etc. To see how particular images are edited (the recipes) see the Install and Use page.

CAN I GET A REFUND IF I DOWNLOAD THE WRONG BUNDLE?

Unfortunately refunds are unavailable due to the immediate availability of the actions. Please make sure to purchase the correct set and confirm you are using Photoshop CC.

DO I NEED TO EDIT MY IMAGES IN CAMERA RAW BEFORE OPENING THEM IN PHOTOSHOP?

You do not need to edit your images in Camera Raw but a few tweaks are made to all the edited images on this site before the actions are run: bring down the exposure a little (many of the images you see here were slightly underexposed in camera or in Camera Raw), bump up Clarity by 7 points and Desaturate by 5-10 points. This is personal preference based on the cameras we use.
